It all came out of nothing, there were no warning news
No drill, no signs, no medication, no supplies, nor food
The shock-wave hit all of a sudden, buildings wilt like straw
The only reason you survived was the retaining wall

You stood behind, they died - Incinerated
The few that stayed alive - Are about to face the
Struggle for survival in a devastated world
Scavengers, disease and greed corrode the humankind
Stranded and alone, children of the nuclear dawn

Radiation sickness spreads on global scale
Fallout, clouds of toxic ashes infuse the atmosphere
Hiding in abandoned bunkers, lorn since the Cold War
Now you have to live between their grey eroded walls

No light, no food, no hope - Incarcerated
Souls, forlorn and doomed - Deteriorating
Roaming packs of cannibals, degenerates and creeps
Hunting for survivor-victims, pillaging the weak
